A photo series captured during many returns to Iceland; road trips around the Golden Circle, as well as adventures that went deep into the highlands, under the harshest winter conditions, alongside experienced photographers and mountaineers. There's something deeply calming and soothing about the softness of the Arctic winter light—it appears particularly unique in Iceland, reflected in its otherworldly textures of rugged mountainscapes, volcanic terrain, and unique soils.
